Girlguiding wanted to produce an inspiring, perception-changing Impact Report, that engaged supporters and members through showcasing and promoting the voices of girls and young women.
As the focus of the report was to emphasise the impact of the organisation, we picked the word apart to divide the report into two distinct sections. We inserted an apostrophe to the Im portion to create ‘I’m’: the stories of Girlguiding from the girls and young women involved. The ‘Act’ half was a more formal report of the year in relation to the four strategic pillars of the organisation, which was brought in to add gravitas and the official side of the story for stakeholders. This was produced in a book with two individual spines bound into one book, so that each half can be read independently. We dealt with copy creation as well as concept, design and artwork for this report.
