Ille De Coco is a high-end fashion brand specialising in luxury knitwear. They approached us to develop its brand identity and build a new e-commerce website with integrated e-marketing functionality.
We worked closely with Ille De Coco to establish a comprehensive digital strategy, focusing on content hierarchy, user journeys and acquisition. As part of the build, we integrated advanced social dialogues to enable the pinning, reviewing and sharing of products and purchases. In addition we built ‘abandoned cart’ email alerts and customer feedback forms.
