The Challenge

Islington Giving, a charity that works to tackle poverty and isolation among the borough’s residents, curate an annual, week-long awareness and fund raising festival. As part of the 2014 festival we were commissioned to design and produce an identity and map for an interactive walk around the Islington borough boundary.

The Solution

We decided that the walk should be called ‘Walk the Line’, and devised a route around the perimeter of Islington that included facts about the borough, interactive games and a social media hint hunt, which allowed participants to learn more about the work of Islington Giving, while navigating their way around the work. We conceived the walk as a full half marathon route, and four smaller themed walks.
