The challenge
Kick It Out wanted to produce a toolkit for football stewards, to raise awareness of unacceptable homophobic, biphobic and transphobic behaviour, and what to do if they witnessed any discrimination.
The solution
We produced a booklet and z-card, to go into steward’s lanyard holders, giving all the information they needed to help combat LGBT discrimination. The z-card is intended as a quick reference with the top ten things to remember plus all the contact details they may need, and the booklet elaborated giving fuller detail on the issues.
