Noir Gold approached us to design a logo for its new range of cosmetics. The target audience was primarily you professional with high disposable incomes. The brief was to create an aesthetic that was modern and classy, using a black, gold and white colour palette.
We were keen to create a logo that focussed heavily around typography, given this is a prominent feature of luxury brands’ logo marques. To that end we rendered the words ‘Noir Gold’ by hand to interlock together and added a fill stop to the end to be symbolic of the product packaging, which was to be circular, sitting inside the main box.
